DIETETIC TECHNICIAN FT
The Hamptons Center is seeking a Full Time DTR to join our team. Located on nine acres at the entrance to the historic Village of Southampton, The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a state-of-the-art, 280-bed skilled nursing facility and short-term rehabilitation center with a diverse patient population. The full time DTR will assist in conducting initial, annual, and quarterly assessments on patients as needed, provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and family members, and complete other assigned duties to ensure complete nutritional care of all of assigned residents, under the supervision of the Chief Clinical RD. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution, and be a certified DTR from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. MDS, SigmaCare and Gerimenu experience preferred, however, training may be provided to interested candidates that demonstrate a willingness to learn. Time management skills are a must. Candidates should be very detail-oriented, flexible, and compassionate and caring to our residents, as they are our number one priority.
